How do we assign service calls?

HWA has the capability of emailing/faxing/calling in all service requests.

Can HWA commit to certain amount of calls per day/week/month?

No. We cannot commit to a volume of calls because the calls can fluctuate.

Does HWA work off a flat rate?

Yes, at times, we do to help control claim costs. However, HWA will work with service contractors and their charges.

Does HWA supply HVAC/Appliances when replacement is deemed necessary?

Yes. HWA has a national account with Carrier Corporation for their HVAC equipment and GE for household appliances.

What is the rating for service contractors?

HWA contractor rating is an internal process. It is based on professionalism, repair/replacement pricing, availability, complaints/compliments and much more.
