"There are not enough words to describe how invaluable the HWA Home Warranty is to me. As a client, I added the warranty to my home listing for Seller/Buyer (I believe that it's a great selling tool for real estate) & I recently had to use it. I live in Florida, and one of the most important things to us is the Central Air Conditioning. About 2 months ago, my husband was at work, I was home with the children, and I started to realize that the house was warming up so I panicked. My dreaded nightmare came true, the AC was not working. Then I remembered I had an HWA Warranty - let's give them a call. I made the phone call, of course it was over the weekend, but someone was there to talk me through the process. She was very courteous, a pleasure to talk to, and she gave me all the information about the company who was going to contact me. Then first thing Monday morning I received a phone call from the company that was coming to take a look at my AC and they gave me an appointment that day. The technician came to my home and he was the nicest and most informative AC technician that I have ever had. He quickly found the problem outside at the condenser, repaired it, and the AC was running perfectly. The bill was somewhere between $400 to $500 and I only paid $60!! Wooohoooo, how awesome is that?!?! Thank you HWA! I will cheerlead about your company forever! You Rock! Thank you, thank you, thank you!"
