Kathryn Lansden Graduates from the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors Leadership Program


March 26, 2009 - Mr. John Stih, Chief Executive Officer, and Ms. Dee Kepp, President of the SouthEast Valley Regional Association of REALTORS (SEVRAR), are proud to announce that Kathryn Lansden a Southeast Valley Affiliate has graduated from the highly regarded Leadership Program.

The SEVRAR Leadership Program was established in 2004 as a unique educational opportunity to encourage its members to become more active in their communities as well as transitioning into successful leaders. Participants are selected after submitting an application and then go through an interview process conducted by Board Members, Leadership Focus Team Members, the CEO, and past Graduates.

SEVRAR Leadership Program Graduates completed a rigorous nine week session of learning from a variety of stakeholders and experienced professionals within the Real Estate industry including: Dr. Jay Q. Butler, Real Estate Studies of Arizona State University Polytechnic, the Real Estate Commissioner at Arizona Department of Real Estate, Mr. Keith Russell, the Maricopa County Tax Assessor, the Arizona Department of Transportation, and the Arizona Association of REALTORS (AAR) among others.

SEVRAR Leadership Graduates frequently serve on a variety of SEVRAR committees as well as on the association's Board of Directors. Less than one quarter of one percent (1%) of REALTORS is among this elite group of professionals influencing the real estate industry in the southeast valley.

Kathryn Lansden is a Blue Ribbon Affiliate member of SEVRAR with HWA Home Warranty of America based in the Southeast Valley of Phoenix, AZ.
