When an item covered by your home warranty breaks down, you will file a claim and we will send a technician to your home to evaluate the issue and make the necessary repair. The trade call fee is the small amount you will pay for the technician's visit. Depending on your plan, this fee may be due when your service visit is scheduled or when a technician visits your home. This will be stated clearly in your contract. Trade call fees vary by state and plan, and the amount will be clearly shown as you shop and on your contract so there are no surprises!
