In most cases, a service provider will be assigned to your request right away and you will be able to schedule your service appointment when you file your claim. If we're not able to schedule your appointment online, your assigned provider will be in touch within 24 hours to schedule a service visit.
You will pay your trade call fee when you file your claim and request service.
In most cases, we will be able to assign your request to an authorized contractor at the time you file your claim. If we aren't able to schedule your appointment immediately, an authorized service provider will be in touch within 24 hours to arrange a mutually convenient appointment.
After the service provider arrives at your home, they will diagnose the problem, and if necessary, call our Authorization Department to determine coverage and obtain authorization to proceed with the repair or replacement. Keep in mind, that for most repairs, the service provider will be able to complete the service request while at your home.
If equipment or parts are necessary to complete the repair or replacement, our Purchasing Department will order the equipment.
Once the equipment or parts are delivered, the service provider will be back in contact to schedule an appointment at your home to complete the repair or installation.
